Is your child due to start Primary School in September 2025?

If so please complete the Lancashire County Council on-line application form.

The deadline date for applications is 15th January 2025.

You will be able to apply on-line for a school place for September 2025 from 1st September 2024 by following the link below.

2. Complete the supplementary faith form (optional)

It is your responsibility to ensure both the school form and supplementary form are returned to the school by the closing date.

In-Year Admissions

If you are new to the area or wish to request a school transfer for your child to St Augustine's Catholic Primary School an in-year admission application is required. 

To apply for a place, parents must complete the In-Year Application Form and return it to the school.

Our school admissions team will notify parents of the outcome of their application within fifteen school days.
