School Council

At St Augustine’s we take the opinion of our pupils and parents seriously and act on them appropriately. We are constantly in consultation with the pupils informally  – they know that they can come to members of staff at any time with ideas. Through our School Council, who meet weekly with Mrs Goulding, and at times Governors, we give our pupils a more formal voice.

The school council is made up 10 children from the 5 Junior classes who are elected by their classmates at the start of each school year.

Yearly questionnaires

Each year we formally questionnaire our parents and pupils. We use this information to influence our future improvement planning.

We always welcome constructive feedback – if you have any suggestions of how we can improve what we provide for the children please contact school and let us know.
