Are you in need of legal advice or support?
Please see information below from the Family Hub in relation to legal support from UCLAN,
At ARC, we are dedicated to providing accessible free legal advice, guidance and support to all members of the community. Over time, we have developed a range of free services tailored to address various needs:
1. Legal Drop-in Clinic: Every Wednesday, in collaboration with Citizens Advice, we host a two-hour drop-in clinic where individuals can seek guidance on legal matters.
2. Appointment-based Law Clinic: Also on Wednesdays, we offer appointments for individuals seeking specific legal advice.
3. Immigration Information Service: on a monthly basis, we provide a drop-in service focused on immigration queries, facilitated by a qualified immigration solicitor who is a former UCLan law student.
4. Mediation Services: We offer accredited mediation services which help parties to find amicable solutions to disputes involving Civil & Commercial and Workplace issues and we will soon be offering Family mediation services as well.
5. Personal Injury Clinic: This clinic is operated in partnership with qualified solicitors from a specialist law firm and offers advice on claiming compensation following an injury.
6. Child Arrangements Clinic: This provides advice on the possible outcomes in relation to children when parents separate.
7. Cyber Crime Clinic: Provides you with support and advice if you have been a victim of cyber crime.
