Children’s Mental Health Week, 1 – 5 February 2021 ‘Express Yourself’:
This year, more than any other year, highlighting Children’s Mental Health is of the utmost importance. As adults we sometimes forget that we inadvertently pass on our worries and anxieties to our children. The theme for this year is ‘Express Yourself’, encouraging children to explore different ways we can express ourselves and the creative ways we can share our thoughts, feelings and ideas. This might be through conversations, poetry, art, music, dance etc.. Please see below The Art Room At Home - Calm Project, for activities to do with your child and keep a eye out for other activities throughout the week to support your child's mental health.
